Nothing can beat a mother’s paratha!
Hungry when you are in the middle of a highway? Or tired after visiting Nandi hills? Then the must visit is The Indian Paratha Company. The location is so perfect,free of pollution,a beautiful hill view. They have both indoor and outdoor sitting. The place is usually not that crowded but i would recommend the best visit time would be early in the mornings.The service is honestly bad. I would say it is a bit expensive though! But parathas outside the city is absolutely worth it.They are open from early morning 7 AM till 1 AM.
I had heard they serve good tea.I cannot believe I am about to say this but I ordered Chai instead of Coffee(guilty). But trust me this is one of the best chai i have ever sipped on in a typical vegetarian restaurant!
Aloo-Cheese paratha. This is a new concept of paratha pizza. The PARATHZZA. The blend of paratha and a pizza is definitely worth a try.
The place being a specialist in parathas I would say just stick with the different varieties of them. Their signature dish is the Achari Masti paratha. I personally prefer Chettinad parathas any day. Though I would say the fillings were less, the Aloo paratha and Gobi paratha with the delicious pickle and curd they have.
The best way to end a satisfied meal? Lets do it with the Chass(buttermilk).
